Rugby has a growing economy and population, together with a buoyant private rented sector - factors that mean demand for homes increasingly, outstrips supply. We're the largest social landlord in the borough, managing nearly 3,800 homes. High-rise flats at Biart Place and Rounds Gardens - built in the 1960s - accounted for more than 350 units of the council's housing stock in 2016, when we commissioned extensive survey works in order to understand the lifespan of the blocks and future investment requirements.
