We're all under the cosh to up our game in terms of performance and productivity. So how do we keep up, indeed get ahead of the game? Is this about Talent? Amidst the challenge of equal pay, can we reach out to adopt reward strategies that recognise talent and performance? But isn't PRP old hat - and just so full of subjective risk and challenge? HPerhaps more progressive solutions such as contribution-based pay - where development and achievement are effectively blended - are a possible route forward, particularly as they would seem to deliver organisation-wide solutions that do al- low some individual flexibility.
