Lambeth is a great place to work - and not only because of our central location in London. Together with our partners, we're totally committed to delivering the highest quality services to our residents. It is our goal to be the fastest-improving Council in the Capital, and the positive outcomes our Adult Social Services are already achieving for people are reflected in a 2 star rating. But we're confident we can get even better. When I joined as Executive Director in May 2007 I was attracted to Lambeth by the ambitious plans of its members. Prominent among these was the desire to personalise services, and this is one of the Council's top priorities in 2008. You will play a big part in turning the vision into reality.
