I have been working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRMs) for over 16 years and because here at Penna we remain agnostic in our choice of technology recruitment industry I've used many, many different systems and platforms. I have always been very interested in candidate behaviour and the way in which technology reacts to the evolution of their preferences. I have seen many different technologies and social platforms come and go.
