Cheeky motorists in the cathedral city are apparently taking advantage of the seasonal conditions to park unhindered on double yellow lines obscured by fallen leaves. The council has admitted traffic wardens have been told not to target those who've stumbled upon the loophole, fearing any tickets will be overturned if appealed.
