Let your interims be true change agents

Over the past few months, Penna and the rest of the industry have been writing about the impact of IR35 on public sector clients and what that might mean for their ability to access a flexible workforce. Many have focused on the potential negatives, and certainly at Penna I know we're now glad to be turning our minds to business as usual and supporting the public sector with their challenges in providing great talent. I thought this would be a brilliant opportunity and appropriate timing to focus on the positives of the changes, and look at the opportunities within them.
