Beacon shines a light for adoption in Plymouth

Plymouth's iconic Smeaton's Tower is shining purple for National Adoption Week. Adopt South West - a partnership including Devon CC, Plymouth City Council and Torbay Council - works to highlight the plight of vulnerable children looking to find families. The tower will be lit purple from sunset in the colours of the Adopt South West partnership.
