Bonkers Britain thinks Big Society is basically a Boris bike. Nice headline, eh? (No, you're sacked, Ed) This is the news regarding citizens' reaction to the question, 'What car is the Big Society?' Apparently, 43% said it was a bicycle when polled by the Directory of Social Change. Not a Bentley Continental then. But it gets better. A total of 24% thought it was a '1950s vintage Cuban car', and 17% an old Volkswagen hippy-bus, ie, vehicles parked near the Pyramid stage at Glaston-bury.
