Shelter declares war on rogue landlords

Homeless charity, Shelter, has called on housing minister, Grant Shapps, to get tough on rogue landlords.The charity has reported a 23% increase in the number of people needing help with their landlord over the last year.It has also seen the number of un-fair or unexpected rent rise cases go up by 10%.
