East Lindsey DC has appointed its strategy director, Stuart Davy as acting chief executive for the next few months.The council's current council chief executive, Nigel Howells, will be on sick leave for the next few months while he prepares for a major operation, and Mr Davy will cover his position until he returns to work. Mr Howells joined the council in 2005, and was previously chief executive at Sevenoaks DC and Cotswolds DC.
