A new dawn for Staffordshire

I was appointed Chief Executive five months ago with a clear mandate to make rapid and lasting change for the benefit of all our citizens and all our communities in Staffordshire.We are already making significant inroads, but like all parts of the public sector we face a set of new challenges. We have a significant financial burden and commitment to make savings of 30% over the next three years, but we also have rising expectations from our communities.
