South Ribble BC has appointed an experienced pair of hands to help steer it through the financial challenges ahead. Chief executive, Jean Hunter, is leaving her job on 26 September after 10 years' service, to take up a similar role in South Cambridgeshire DC.South Ribble councillors have decided her replacement will be the current deputy chief executive, Mike Nuttall. He will officially take up the position on 27 September, ensuring a seamless transition and maintaining stable management of the council.
