Public Sector Plc was one of the sponsors and speakers of this year's MJ Future Forum, where housing and how to improve performance in fiscally challenging times were high on the agenda.Public Sector Plc presenters, its chairman, Richard Smith, managing director Adam Cunnington and head of legal Sara Goodwin, gave delegates a presentation on Relational Partnering and the Fourth Way.They were joined on stage by Diane Tilley, chief executive of Lichfield DC and Ian Miller, chief executive of Wyre Forest DC, both of whom have partnerships with Public Sector Plc.Public Sector Plc is a private company, set up in 2007 which helps public sector bodies unlock value within their property assets through a model called Relational Partnering. This is a model which, through the principles of insourcing, allows local authorities to access additional skills and expertise from the private sector while maintaining oversight of the project.
