Nine councils win funding for digital innovation

Biometric devices measuring anxiety triggers for people with autism and personal devices for carer are among nine social care digital support project; which will receive extra funding from NHS Digital and the Local Government Association (LGA).Among other projects to be funded are online financial self-assessment and tools for checking benefits, and an app for social care providers, enabling them to collate important employment information to improve the care worker recruitment process.
