Housing deal to unlock £1 bn investment

An investment partnership to deliver up to 10,000 new homes over the next decade has been agreed between Manchester City Council and the Far East Consortium (FEC). The partnership is expected to generate more than £lbn of investment over the next ten years and will unlock the residential development potential of more than 300 acres of land.
