Rivals call for councils to publish reports

Opposition councillors have called on Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire CC to publish their rival reports on reorganisation. Council leaders are due to meet the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) following last month's ceasefire between the warring tiers. The districts and the county council had been at loggerheads, backing rival reorganisation plans for several months.
