The previous supplement reported on the Pathfinder programme that was developing a better understanding of how local authorities and their partners can work together to achieve real changes at a local level. A national learning symposium, organised by the Local Government Association (LGA), Department of Health (DH) and the Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA), celebrated the work of the twelve local authorities on the Pathfinder programme.
