Chief executives and senior managers are an optimistic bunch, judging by the results of this survey. Optimistic that is, except in one particular area. They don't see any improvement in the gap between rich and poor. Less than one-third of the respondents believe the equality gap will shrink within their communities by 2015, even though an overwhelming majority also believe their local economies will grow stronger and be more diverse.
