David Fielding is to lead the central government and not-for-profit executive search and selection practice at Tribal. Previously, he led central government, third sector and sports practices at Rockpools. He also worked for the Association of Charity Chief Executives, the Community Fund, Phoenix House and Lewisham LBC. He is also a fifth degree judo black belt, four-time World Champion and ex-Guinness World Record holder. Brian Devlin is the new director of local authority business in Scotland at Amey. He was previously director of environment Stirling Council. He was also the lead for establishing Scotland's first urban regeneration company in Raploch.
