John Sellgren has been offered the vacant chief executive's post at Newcastle-under-Lyme BC. He is currently the director of strategy and partnerships at Hertfordshire CC.Russell Williams has been appointed chief executive at Ipswich BC. He took over as interim chief at the end of last year, following the sudden death of Jim Hehir.Fiona Ledden has been promoted to director of Brent LBC's new legal and democratic department. Ms Ledden, the current borough solicitor and originally a childcare lawyer, will oversee a team which includes procurement, as well as legal services. She will also be a member of Brent's corporate management team.
