In Barking and Dagenham we are determined to build a better life and future for people who live and work in our borough. We are looking for a new Chief Executive who will help us realise this ambition as well as continue with our ambitious plans for a leaner and more efficient council.We have a growing population of around 170,000 and regeneration projects which include 6,000 new homes in Barking Town Centre and 10,800 at Barking Riverside over the coming years in the pipeline.
