Essex CC is poised to proceed with its Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme - one of the largest initiatives of its kind - after reaching financial dose on the latest stage of the project ahead of schedule.Essex's preferred bidder for the multi-phase building programme, Skanska RM, will shortly begin work on its part of the contract, starting with eight schools in the first wave.
