Fran Beasley is set to become the new chief executive of Hillingdon LBC, following the recommendation of the borough's appointments committee. The decision of the committee, chaired by leader of the council, Ray Puddifoot, is subject to formal approval of the full council on 8 November. Ms Beasley will be moving up from her current role as deputy chief executive and corporate director of central services to a new position of chief executive and corporate director of administration.
