The best we can hope for is an improvement in the situation. But for someone trying to achieve the impossible, she shows no sign of letting it get her down. Despite allegations that the programme is stalling, Ms Casey is positive and pleased with the results so far Tasked with tackling the 120.000 most troubled families in the country, with a budget of half-a-billion pounds, she is determined to push ahead with the programme.
