Willmott Dixon Group's repair and maintenance specialist, Willmott Dixon Partnerships, has won a £15m, five-year contract with Guinness South to repair 6,500 homes. The contract begins in January 2012, with an option to be extended to 10 years, and covers all Guinness South's homes in the east and the west of the country. 'Our focus is on giving Guinness South and its tenants an excellent service,' said managing director, Mick Williamson.
