摘要

Cambridgeshire CC has been selected to join a government capital and assets pathfinder scheme with the potential to generate revenues, make savings and join up services through better use of buildings. The project has mapped property assets used to deliver public services in Cambridgeshire, to identify buildings which could be sold or shared. The partnership has also developed a strategic approach to the public sector estate in Cambridgeshire to address broader issues, such as regeneration, new development and environmental impact.
