Skills provision dominates 'Whole place' projects

Details of the proposed four 'Whole place' community budget projects have begun to emerge, after being delivered to ministers last week. According to the west London tri-borough partnership's bid - sent ahead of the 31 October deadline - Hammersmith and Fulham LBC, Kensington and Chelsea RLBC, and Westminster City Council plan to save a combined £80m a year.
