International consulting and investment specialist company, Russell Investments, has announced the appointment of two new staff members to its globally-located fixed-income team. Adam Smears is to become head of fixed income research, and Kevin Dockrell will be employed as a fixed income research analyst. Both Mr Smears and Mr Dockrell will be based in London. Mr Smears will head up a nine-strong team, including Mr Dockrell, based across the capital, New York, Toronto, Seattle and Sydney.
