Wirral MBC has appointed its new executive team as it continues to implement its joint coun-cil-LGA improvement plan. The council also recently carried out a major restructure of its senior management, reducing the number of posts by ll and saving £8ooK. The new executive team comprises: 1. Chief executive, Graham Burgess, previously chief executive of Blackburn with Darwen Council. 2. Director for families and wellbeing Clare Fish. 3. Director of transformation and resources Joe Blott, a former director at Warrington MBC. 4. Director for regeneration and environment Kevin Adderley who was previously Wirral's director of regeneration, housing and planning. 5. Assistant chief executive and head of service, children and young people's department, David Armstrong.
