'Adur and Worthing are recruiting a new chief executive to head up their pioneering shared services partnership. 'We invented the idea of sharing here in Adur and Worthing,' says Cllr Neil Parkin, leader of Adur Council. 'When Worthing lost its chief executive, we decided to share the role. It grew from there and now the two councils share everything.'
