Horsham DC - three senior roles

Horsham DC is to make three senior appointments as its new, flatter management structure takes effect as a component part of a radical business transformation programme. The three newly created posts are director of planning, economic development and property; head of legal and democratic services; and head of CenSus ICT. 'All three posts will be providing strong professional leadership in their particular fields,' says chief executive Tom Crowley. There are tough challenges ahead. We need to ensure the right skills and resources are in place.'
