Outsourcing giant Capita has bought the software solutions company Isys Group for an undisclosed sum. The Group provides software that specialises in time and attendance systems, workforce scheduling, HR systems and employee screening. The company has also developed an ID verification software solution, Intelligent Identity, that enables clients to carry out due diligence on potential employees. The software can also be used to verify the identity of customers buying products in regulated sectors such as banking.
