Cafcass is the independent voice of the child in family courts throughout England. Each year, over 125,000 of the most vulnerable children in the country are supported by Cafcass. We are the largest employer of social workers in England with a workforce of over 1,800 based in 33 offices across the country. Good leadership is crucial to the continued success of our organisation and we are now looking for a new Director to join our high performing senior management team and community. You will be responsible for developing strategy within Cafcass and across the wider family justice system, looking to see what might work best now and in the future for our system, our society and our children when pressure is intense.
