A mobile reversible hydraulic power plant cogenerator, constructed in the technical form of a continuous re-circulation process of two closed circular flow sustainable compressive force of the drive system power-fluid cavitation and recuperation system with two chambers of communicating vessels, in a closed steel container with the accomplished positive energy balance.The novelty of the invention is a technical form of closed steel container (1) with two chambers of communicating vessels (2, 3) in which is accomplished the driving force and cavitation using the recirculation of the power-fluid pressure, in the constancy. Pressure force and cavitation of the fluid-power in continuity, provides power to the impeller (10) of the hydraulic turbine using the recirculation. The turbine is positioned in the primary chamber (2) of a closed steel container (1), with constant synchronized maintaining of the number of revolutions according to the load of el. generator for production of electricity (4.5.6.7.8.9).El. generator producing electricity is immersed in a re-circulated flow of hydro fluid in the chamber (3) which is positioned in closed steel container (1) during the whole recirculation of hydro-fluid covered with a hydro-fluid, and recuperator (17) in a closed steel container (1) transforms the heat energy which is produced with effects of controlled cooling of el. generator (4.5.6.7.8.9).
