A former deputy leader of Sandwell MBC who denies claims of serious misconduct in office will face a full investigation following a High Court ruling. Mahboob Hussain is accused of 'procuring the sale of council property to family friends at a substantial undervalue' in 2012. He is also alleged to have used his power and influence as a senior politician to have parking tickets issued to members of his family cancelled.
