The public sector executive HR practice at Penna has been busy over the past three years as the demand for interim professionals to support local authorities in effective human resources (HR), organisational development (OD), transformation and change grows. With local government continuing to face a tough and complex set of challenges, HR and OD more than ever plays a critical role in enabling councils to evolve and transform in order to respond to funding cuts, rising demand for services and continued public sector reform.
