Key tasks and responsibilities will include: 1. the negotiation and procurement of substantial repair and maintenance contracts for the ALMOs' housing stock; 2. as the Department's principal technical adviser, to lead on construction and engineering issues and the delivery of services to ALMOs and other clients; 3. to lead the Property Services Management Team and direct the overall management of the Group in the delivery of services to its clients, in addition to its development as an effective business unit.
