Only 17% of respondents to a poll on Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs) believe the formations will prove adequate replacements for Regional Development Agencies (RDAs).A survey by LocalGov.co.uk, The MJ's sister website, found a lack of local government support for the partnerships. The majority of respondents (61%) said LEPs would not be adequate replacements for RDAs, and 22% were undecided.
