Retiring boss hits out at library service cuts

The head of library services at Suffolk CC has hit out at the council's cuts and Big Society plans, as he steps down from his post. Roger McMaster has taken voluntary redundancy from his post at the council, over the programme of cuts, and plans to ask volunteers to take over running the services.
