Caerphilly setto appoint ex-chief to top position

Former chief executive Stuart Rosser looks set to return to troubled Caerphilly Council following the suspension of both the current top officer and his temporary replacement. The council met on 23 July, as The MJ went to press, to discuss the recommendations of an appointments panel, held on 18 July, following the suspension of chief executive, Anthony O'Sullivan, in March and acting chief executive, Nigel Barnett, earlier this month.
