North Tyneside has been named the top district in the country for its Environment and Infrastructure, according to research by Local Futures, Although a relatively small borough, North Tyneside punches above its weight when it comes to what it can offer investors. It has an employment catchment of 1.1m and is home to over 50 business and industrial locations, where space costs up to 50% less than many other parts of the country.
