NHS satisfaction levels fall among public, says report

Satisfaction with GP services has fallen to its lowest level among the public since records began in 1983, the annual British Social Attitudes survey shows.. Levels of contentment dropped seven percentage points to 65% in the 2017 study, the first time general practice has not been the highest-rated NHS service. The study showed people were happy with the care given by GPs, but were unhappy about aspects like waiting times.
