This is a unique opportunity to lead the newly formed Harrogate and Rural Alliance as health and social care services collaborate, transform and unite to prevent, delay and respond effectively to our communities current and future health and social care needs. As Alliance Director you have an opportunity to develop and shape innovative, person-centred and effective integrated health and social care services, making a real difference to people's lives whilst creating an approach that others will want to follow. Harrogate and Rural District CCG, Harrogate District NHSFT, North Yorkshire County Council, Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHSFT and Yorkshire Health Network are coming together as the Harrogate and Rural Alliance to create an integrated community health and social care service for the Harrogate District. As Alliance Director you are responsible for providing integrated, preventative, safe, caring, high quality, person-centred health and social care at the right time in the right place, and to support people in the Harrogate and Rural District to live independent and healthy lives.
