The Center for Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement has some exciting news. We are moving! Over the last 32 years we have been in several leased buildings and long ago outgrew our present facility. Construction was begun on the new center in May and we have watched it grow into a wonderful new home. It will provide us the much needed and improved space for a wide variety of teaching and learning. Some features are: larger classrooms, a forensic lab, computer classrooms, a two story simulation lab, a fixed range, a tactical range and a large outside area to train in. Metropolitan State University will also offer related degree programs in the new building. This will allow interested students to continue with their education to baccalaureate and graduate programs. The new structure is located on the north end of the Hennepin Technical College site at 9110 Brooklyn Boulevard, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445.
