Three conservation officers with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) recently were promoted to first lieutenant and district supervisors.State conservation officer Lt. Jeff Koehn, a fawner police officer, will serve as DNR District 6 enforcement supervisor, which includes Cook, Lake, and St. Louis counties in northeast Minnesota. He replaces Lt. Elaine Loeffler, who retired in 2009.
