Call to Order at 1000 hours by President Marty Earley.Roll Call of Officers: All members of the Board of Directors as well as Executive Director Flaherty were in attendance.Minutes: Minutes of the July 21, 2010 Board Meeting were read. A motion was made to approve the minutes by Director Hodapp and seconded by Director King. Motion passed.Treasurer's Report: Treasurer James Bayer provided the financial report. Motion was made to approve his report by Director Hodapp and seconded by Director Lovaas. Motion passed.
