There was no doubt for anyone driving along the A30 that Christmas had arrived on Sunday 8 December as Cornish Mini Club took to the roads, sparkling in festive spirit. Meeting in Truro, with their Minis bedecked in Christmas lights, colour co-ordinated tinsel and even antlers, the Minis set off up the coast, spreading festive cheer through St Agnes, Perranporth and St Austell before finishing at the Holmbush Inn for a slap-up Christmas lunch.
