Demand for Old Corrugated Containers (OCC) remains stable in many areas across the country, report RM sources. "Demand is steady with a lot of OCC being shuffled around internally by the integrateds to the mills that can take tons that are usually sold somewhere else," said one recycler based in the Southeast.
