City Carton Raises $123K At Annual Charity Golf Outing

Cancer fundraising has remained a passion of the City Carton Recycling culture since the company's founding in 1967. On August 5, the Foundation met a milestone goal and raised over $123,000 for children's cancer programs and scholarships at its 20th Annual Charity Golf Outing. This year's Golf Outing was especially significant, as they had a record turnout of new sponsors, decreased event costs and unique donations. To date, the Ockenfels Family Foundation has donated over $1,245,100 for both the American Cancer Society and Children's Cancer Connection.
