The market for Old Corrugated Containers has softened in many areas across the country on the domestic front, RM sources report. This is most likely due to CCIC North America announcing that it would stop processing applications and issuing of certificates for pre-shipment inspections on scrap materials exported from U.S. to China for a one-month period ending June 4.
